Rebecca Lynch is feeling very at home in her role as the new permanent Manager at Heritage Building Society, Noosa Civic. Heritage is Australia's biggest building society and in line with their focus on putting “People first”, Rebecca noticed very early that the service around the centre is exceptional. “The delivery of service and quality here is fantastic, the retailers are so friendly and the feeling is really lovely. It really reflects what we are all about, and that is bundling everything you need into one easy package”. she said enthusiastically.
Rebecca is particularly complimentary of her own workmates. With 2 full-time employees and 1 part-time, she refers to them as “A wonderfully service oriented little team that readily welcomed her”.
The Noosa Civic branch of Heritage is the only one in the area and draws residents from many of the surrounding communities. It has also very recently undergone a major refurbishment which is a significant investment in the Centre. The Branch looks modern and welcoming, and the smiles on the faces of Rebecca and her team say it all.
