Casual Mall leasing application process

| STEP 1 |
Provide the following documents to Centre Management: |

Completed Casual Mall Licence Application form |

Photograph of your proposed display and product

| STEP 2 |
Centre Management will review your application. If your application is successful, the following documentation will be emailed to you: |

A Casual Mall Leasing Agreement which outlines the CML site, the hire period, equipment required and the total cost of the lease. |

A Tax Invoice (If the booking is not within the next 4 weeks, the invoice will be emailed one month prior to your booking). |
| STEP 3 |
A minimum of two weeks prior to the commencement date, Centre Management must receive: |

A Signed Casual Mall Licence Agreement |

A copy of your Public Liability Insurance |

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you choose to cancel a booking, a minimum of seven (7) days notice is required to obtain a refund of the fee. If the cancellation is less than seven (7) days, Centre Management reserves the right to retain 50% of the total fee.
