TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(1). You must be a member of the Noosa Civic Seniors Club to be eligible to win a prize in the Seniors
Cooking Classes promotion. The judges will check the entry form before announcing the winners name. If,
for any reason, the judges feel the entry is not valid, the entry will be deemed invalid and a redraw will take
place. The winner may be asked to provide proof of membership to the Noosa Civic Seniors Club.
(2). All entries remain the property of the promoter, Stockwell Property Management.
(3). Claiming of the prize is consent to use your name, address and photograph for promotional and
marketing publicity purposes.
(4). Entry to the competition is open to all residents of Australia, who are members of the Noosa Civic
Seniors Club, except employees of Stockwell Property Management Noosa Civic and their immediate
family, the tenants and the staff in Noosa Civic and their immediate family. The staff of companies
involved in the production publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family.
Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means lessees,
Licensees and in the case of a Corporation, its Directors.
(5). The prizes consist of a Cuisinart Slow Cooker from House, a Scanpan from House and a 'Just Pizza' oven from House. The draws will take place on Friday 12th, Friday 19th and Friday 26th of February after the cooking class which starts at 11am. Duration of class will be approximately an hour to an hour and a half. One prize will be given away at each of the cooking classes.
(6). If you have won a prize in the Seniors Cooking Classes promotion you are not eligible to win further prizes.
(7). No prize can be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
