TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(1). Minimum spend is $20 (one entry form per receipt, irrespective of total spend). The judges will check the receipt before announcing the winners name. If, for any reason, the judges feel the receipt is not valid, the entry will be deemed invalid and a re-draw will take place.
(2). All entries remain the property of the promoter, Stockwell Property Management.
(3). The Winner/s must be present at the draw on Sunday February 14th at 12 noon at Noosa Civic Shopping Centre, to claim their prize.
(4). Proof of identity will be required when claiming prize.
(5). Claiming of the prize is consent to use your name, address and photograph for promotional and marketing publicity purposes.
(6). If the winner/s are under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
(7). Entry to the competition is open to all residents of Australia except employees of Stockwell Property Management Noosa Civic and their immediate family, the tenants and the staff in Noosa Civic and their immediate family. The staff of companies involved in the production publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means lessees, Licensees and in the case of a Corporation, its Directors.
(8). The major prize will be provided in the form of a Gift Voucher/Vouchers. Any accommodation prizes are subject to the provider’s availability and their companies conditions. Secrets on the Lake stay is for mid-week, valid until 15/12/10. No prize can be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
