Going from a casual employee to Store Manager in just 2 years is a great achievement for anyone, more so if you are only 18 years old. Matt Adams has an easy, yet assured manner which has obviously helped catapult him into this role at such a young age.
“I really like the work, and I love this Centre. There are so many regular customers and it’s nice to see familiar faces.” Matt says. “It’s a great community feel here, a lot of our regulars are seniors who love a good chat. We’re even getting customers singing the latest Peri Peri chicken ad to us!”
With a total of 13 staff to co-ordinate Matt certainly has a lot on his plate, but he is already planning to further his career within the Subway group aiming to become Area Manager by July next year. The only downside would be less time at Noosa Civic.
